Having a hard time finding geocachers in my area.
So, if you’re in Columbus Ohio or will be to geocache soon let me know! The meetup for my area isn’t until the 29th of October, I’m hoping I can be there though! The one for Westerville is a bit far away for me to drive. The forums on Geocaching.com seem pretty dead or maybe I’m just not looking in the right places?

I need some advice.

I want to go geocaching right now so bad.
This stuff is addicting you guys. I want to go to all of them right now. I want to search at night, I want to search with friends, I want to make new friends while on searches, I want to make my own geocaches.
It’s like being a pirate. Hidden treasures and logs all over the place and you follow a map to get to it.
This stuff is like drugs. Where’s it been all my life?!

Steve Jobs passed away today.
This makes me sad, really. He was only a little bit older than my mom. She passed away from cancer only a short time ago.
Keeping his family in my heart and thoughts. It’s a tough road to go down.
Rest in peace Steve. I love my iPhone and I use it every day.
It’s a part of me and so are you.

Geocache success!
I managed to find four of them on my first day and the first one (above) I found was a medium sized one so I was able to take and leave something. I took a little wooden daisy and left one of my hand knitted pink hair bows.
I want to start knitting little things to leave in geocaches but I’m worried about them getting wet. Maybe I’ll stock up on some plastic baggies to stick them...

While I was out at Michael’s Arts & Crafts on a whim I pulled out my iPhone and did a search. I was in luck! There was a location right behind the store so I went to check it out.

Now I have two knitting projects going.

I feel like I could sleep for the next 24 hours.

Sometimes, not very often but sometimes… I’ll make a blog post and I will post it to the wrong blog on accident. Rather than having edit > html > copy all > delete post then make a new post and past it to the new blog post.. not to mention typing in all those tags all over again…
